Common Questions

Do you accommodate dietary restrictions?
Yes — every single item is individually labeled for vegan, gluten-free, nut-free, and dairy-free options. Every order includes a full dietary breakdown sheet so no one has to guess what they're eating. We also include food safety labels with consume-by times on every item — ensuring freshness and full compliance with California food safety standards, including AB 660, effective July 2026. We're compliant before the deadline; many other caterers won't be.
How far in advance do I need to book?
We recommend 48 hours for orders under 150 guests, and 5+ business days for larger events or custom mix-and-match orders. For recurring weekly accounts, a simple standing order is all you need.
What areas do you serve?
We deliver across the Bay Area including San Jose, Palo Alto, Mountain View, Sunnyvale, and Santa Clara — within a 20-mile radius of our Culinary Block commissary. Contact us for other locations.
What is your cancellation policy?
A 25% deposit confirms your booking. Cancel more than 7 days out for a full refund. Within 7 days, the deposit is forfeited but can be applied as credit toward a future order. Cancellations within 72 hours incur a 50% fee. We confirm all terms in writing before any payment.
