We partner with independent specialist chefs covering Sushi & Japanese, Chinese (Sichuan), Mexican Fusion, and Specialty/Seasonal global menus. You can choose one cuisine or mix multiple for larger events.
Do you accommodate dietary restrictions?
Yes — every single item is individually labeled for vegan, gluten-free, nut-free, and dairy-free options. Every order includes a full dietary breakdown sheet with labeled packaging, so no one has to guess what they're eating.

How far in advance do I need to book?
We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance for orders under 150 guests, and 5+ business days for larger events or custom mix-and-match orders. For recurring weekly accounts, a simple standing order is all you need — we handle the rest.
Do you offer discounts for recurring corporate catering orders?
Yes — we offer a 5% discount on all recurring weekly or bi-weekly catering contracts locked in for a minimum of 3 months. New clients also receive 10% off their first order. Slots are limited — contact us to check current availability.
Do you offer recurring weekly catering contracts for corporate accounts?
Yes — our recurring catering program is designed for HR and People Ops teams that want a reliable, consistent vendor. Programs include weekly or bi-weekly delivery cadence, locked per-box pricing for quarterly budget planning, a rotating multi-cuisine menu, and a 90-day review clause so you're never locked in long-term. A 3-month minimum applies. We provide a formal program proposal with cost projections on request.
Can you support our company's sustainability and ESG goals?
Yes — Culinary Block Collective uses BPI-certified compostable containers for all orders. We also offer a carbon offset add-on for recurring accounts. Upon request, we can provide a vendor sustainability summary formatted for internal ESG reporting or procurement review.
Why do you show prices when other caterers won't?
Most caterers hide pricing because it gives them negotiating leverage — if they know your budget first, they can quote to your ceiling. We publish prices upfront because you have a real budget to manage. You shouldn't need a sales call to know if we're in range. For large or complex events where a custom quote is needed, we'll have one back to you within 24 hours.
